Welcome to Great Bear Lodge 306 from Exceptional Villas, our beautiful 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom luxury condo in The Village at Northstar, Lake Tahoe. With its slopeside position and private elevator access, Great Bear Lodge 308 has spacious accommodation, sleeping up to 10 guests.

The ideal for entertaining open plan layout of the main living area has a chef’s kitchen, a wet bar, a half bathroom, dining area and living room, with doors that open out onto the terrace. The terrace has outdoor seating including a table and chairs plus a BBQ grill, perfect for alfresco dining, as you look out over the skating rink, village and surrounding mountains.

The chef’s kitchen has built-in Wolfe and Subzero appliances including a stove, microwave, a wine refrigerator, large refrigerator – in fact everything you need to create hearty meals during your vacation. The kitchen has an island which extends to a breakfast bar with three stools, perfect for lingering over your morning coffee discussing the day ahead or maybe enjoying a cocktail whilst the cook is busy in the kitchen! The dining area has a large wooden table that comfortably seats up to 8 guests. The living room has two comfortable sofas and two chairs arranged around a gas fireplace, with a wall mounted flat screen TV just above it. It is the perfect space to relax and enjoy a movie or catch up on the news.

Great Bear Lodge 306 has 4 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, TV, 2 comfortable chairs, access to the terrace via patio doors and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a soaking tub, a glass walk-in shower and dual vanity units. Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized canopy style bed, TV and an en-suite bathroom with a step-in glass shower and vanity unit. Bedroom 3 has two queen sized beds, TV and shares a bathroom with Bedroom 4. The shared bathroom has a tub / shower combo and single vanity unit. Bedroom 4 has a queen-sized bed, TV and a large window.

Guests at Great Bear Lodge 306 have access to the Village Swim and Fitness Center, which has a swimming pool, kids pool, hot tubs, steam room, fitness center, steam room and a game room.

Great Bear Lodge 306 is located in The Village at Northstar, which is a fabulous setting in North Lake Tahoe. It is the ideal location for both summer and winter vacations. The summer months offer guests a truly magical and memorable getaway, with warm, sunny days and starry, starry nights. Take a gondola ride up the mountain and then race back down on a mountain bike. There is a wealth of hiking trails with perfect picnic spots, or spend the day on a boat, stand up paddleboard or kayaking.

Northstar has quickly become one of Lake Tahoe’s top ski resorts, with exciting terrain for the more experienced skier. In fact is the perfect spot for outdoor enthusiasts during the winter months, as there are plenty of adventures to be had, including cross country skiing and snowtubing. Something for everyone make it the ideal location for a family vacation.
